Who We Are
Hands for Service, Inc. is an emerging nonprofit organization focused on improving access to rehabilitation and pain care services for individuals facing financial and social barriers to healthcare.
Many patients with musculoskeletal pain, mobility limitations, or rehabilitation needs go untreated due to cost, lack of insurance coverage, transportation barriers, or other social determinants of health. Hands for Service, Inc. aims to bridge that gap through strategic community partnerships and a network of participating rehabilitation providers

Our Mission
To expand access to rehabilitation and pain care services for underserved individuals through community partnerships, patient support programs, and sustainable care coordination models.

How the Model Works
1. Patients are referred through community organizations, clinics, social workers, or healthcare partners.
2. The nonprofit reviews patient eligibility based on financial and social need.
3. Eligible patients are connected with participating rehabilitation providers within the network.
4. The organization works to support access to care through partnerships, community support, and future funding initiatives.
